Refund Policy

At CALAVIONEX, we are committed to transparency and fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted for services provided through calavionex.pro.

Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if the service delivered by CALAVIONEX does not substantially match the agreed scope of work. To qualify, the client must provide clear documentation outlining the discrepancy and demonstrate that reasonable opportunities for correction were provided.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of service delivery or invoice date, whichever occurs first. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Process

  1. Submit a written request via email with full details of your concern.
  2. Provide relevant documentation, contracts, and communication records.
  3. Allow up to ten (10) business days for review and response.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions

Partial refunds may be issued where services have been partially delivered. Administrative fees or third-party costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.

CALAVIONEX reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for completed consultation sessions, custom digital deliverables already approved by the client, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable in a signed agreement.
